Very nice styling. My favorites was the print of the woman by her buffet, the very rustic pottery tea cup and leaf saucer .. and the gorgeous copper pitcher in the kitchen.
Thank you so much! I love all those pieces too. The rustic tea cup I actually picked up at a craft festival and the tea cup has a little mouse curly tail and the saucer is the leaf. It’s one of my favs!
Fall is my fav time of year! We've recently moved grin Tennessee to Florida, bug in TN fall was magical! So beautiful everywhere you looked! I loved having coffee on my front porch swing & looking out across the mountains painted in red, orange & yellow. I always said it was Gods Masterpiece😊 Here in FL we'll have fall when most others are having winter.. i'll miss my TN fall season😕 That frame is stunning g the print is beautiful.. Together its perfection! I love an ornate frame! Some of my favorite art to collect are photos or portraits from the regency/Victorian era, or just before or after. I love how they dressed! The wandering Jew plant you used in the entry area is really nice.. reminds me of my mom, she had many of those.🥹 She was such a plant lover, i always said she had a green arm, she could make anything not just live but thrive😄 You really made the entry space look so pretty & cozy! Love the glow of all the candles. The glass pumpkins are so pretty! The credenza turned out very pretty also. The entire living room is very pretty! I have dough bowls on my hunt/wish list, that's a very nice one! Doilies are always great to use anywhere. The photo of you son is precious🥰 Love the hutch & high boy decor. The corner with the door & window is beautiful! I have several old windows & a smaller barn door that i like to layer. Right now the door is a deep red, I'm not sure if i want to distress it or paint it with a white crackle paint & let some red peek thru.🤷♀️ Same girl, most of my home Is thrifted! The hydrangeas are gorgeous❤ Love The dining room space! You styled the good pick basket really pretty! I feel the same about Fall colors, all the rich colors work! The live edge shelves are gorgeous❤ You decorated them beautifully! I love copper pieces, & always looking for more old books.. so much you can do with books📚 Oh wow.. my mom had the same movie camera!🥹 I remember as a really young child we would sit in the living room on Saturday nights & watch the old reel to reel movies train with that camera! Very nostalgic🥹 I love my copper tea pot with the ceramic handle, is really old & i actually won in it a giveaway from an on- line antique shop & utuber collab! I'm hoping when we find a home here in FL the kitchen cabinets don't go to the ceiling. I want to decorate with copper tea pots, old coffee grinders & old tins. (We're staying with my son right now) Your tiered tray is really pretty g love how you've decorated it. I also love to collect copper jelly molds! The kitchen is another beautiful space! You really have some beautiful pieces & each room looks so beautiful! I enjoyed going thru each space & watching you decorate. TFS😊
Hi Tammy! Your descriptions of TN are simply idyllic! I’m sure it was super gorgeous watching the leaves change. Thank you for your super kind words. I truly appreciate them. My parents live in FL and even though there is an adjustment to the limited season change, I do absolutely love the gorgeous sunshine in the winters. It’s a lovely retreat when it’s freezing up north. The memories of your mom are so sweet! I love how decor can bring us back to the little cherished moments. Hope you are enjoying the summer and not getting too hot in that FL sun!
@@comfortablespaces That's Awesome! What part of Florida are they in? We're just outside Tampa about 20-30 min, a small suburb. Girrrrl I'm so hot natured, i melt every time i step out the door🥵 Its been really miserable for the last several wks.. just gotta make it thru August! Then Sept-Nov isn't too awful bad.. Dec-Feb is super nice and March-April isn't terrible. But May-Aug is rough! And being this close to the beaches I'm hoping hurricane season isn't bad this year😬 I was down here thru Irma a couple yrs ago.. that was enough for me! Lol

I like the moody and neutral tone to everything. This year, I've decided to start decorating with sunflowers, wheat and other Fall type things, and I'm avoiding pumpkins at all costs. Lol I plan to pull all of them out either in Sept or Oct. Not sure yet. But I love Fall decor.

Agree with you on a lot of decor gives the space heaviness. Husband n I have been decluttering for awhile now. Gave, sold n donated quite a lot. Both of us agree that our home feels so much lighter (freeing really).

Mod Podging photos is so easy and really makes the shiny glossy look of a photo instantly look like a painting. And then I love to put the photos in frames without the glass.
