First Ride on my Vitilan U7 eBike (Learning)

I want to record Gina and my rides as we embark on our travels. Not so much to sell myself to you, but to share what we do with you and to have a good storage place so we can watch them over and reflect on our good times. RUclips is an extension of blogging for me. This is my first ride to get used to both the Vitilan U7 eBike and the GoPro 10 camera. I was fairly pleased with how things turned out in this video and have improvements in the works.

I changed the wheel diameter setting from 24 to 22 for more acurate speed reading.

I did that myself some time back. Pretty accurate now.

Check the wheel diameter settings. Mine was set to 25" dia, but have 20" wheels. Not sure how the odometer accuracy will be impacted with adjustment.

I have the same bike and changed the tire settings to 22” and it is now accurate with my phone gps speed.
Also I get 24 mph here in Florida for top speed and I’m heavy at 250 lbs. My i7 Pro will go up to 27 mph on a full change.

Enjoying your videos, changing gears only affect things if you are pedaling. Do you still like these bikes? Would you still recommend them to buyers looking for folding e-bikes?

Had to look it up. I made an assumption, but ended up being correct. Here's what is says by law: "» E-bikes are regulated like bicycles. The same rules of the road
apply to both e-bikes and human-powered bicycles". We are so looking forward to riding on our trips especially.
