At 0:30 it sujud we shouldn't lay our forearms on the ground as it is very much disliked by Allah and haram as it resembles the dog, so we should lift our forearms during sujud. Anas ibn Malik reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Be straight in prostration and let none of you put his forearms on the ground like a dog.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 788, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 493
In Hanafi madhab women should lay their forearms on the ground as the prophet SAW said “When you make prostration, keep your body attached to the ground because a woman has not been created like a man”
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “I was shown hell. I saw that most of its inhabitants were ungrateful women… The Prophet was asked: ‘Were they ungrateful to Allāh?’ He replied: ‘They were ungrateful to their husbands and for the favors and the good done to them. If you show benevolence to one of them and then she sees something in you not to her liking, she will say: ‘I have never seen any good in you.
