If you dislike the Superlight, I'd say trying this could be a good way to go. The XM2we shape isn't really that close to the FK1+, this or the upcoming VAXEE XE Wireless could be worth a try!
Solid work as always, but I disagree with the overall takeaway that Lamzu is not as strong an option now that XM2we is out. The XM1r has always been one of my fav shapes, and despite mainly using wireless mice I have kept an XM1r as backup. Now having said that, the Lamzu Atlantis is not just a 1:1 clone of XM1r shape, esp when it comes to gripping the sides. I never thought I would say this but I actually think the Lamzu Shape has, imho, improved on the XM1r shape. I didnt like the Atlantis right away, but I can saw that after about a month and a half of using it in my daily rotation of GPX, G303 and MZ1 wireless, it is 2nd only to my GPX. So its not a matter of Atlantis having served as a copium mouse until Xm1 wireless models hit the markt; Atlantis is a fantastic mouse in its own right (and it is only their first release too!) Esp for claw grippers. Regardless, I will be picking up the XM2we anyway because I have a crack err I mean mouse addiction (srsly please send help!) but I gotta say that Lamzu has made a mouse that can stand on its own. Again been following ur channel since near the beginning and loving all your content, keep up the immense work!
"Lamzu Atlantis is not just a 1:1 clone of XM1r shape, esp when it comes to gripping the sides." Can you describe what the difference is in that regard?
A bit off topic, but I would like to ask about MZ1 Wireless. Have you noticed that the scroll is slightly crooked? I ordered a couple of copies but each had the same defect. The shape is divine for me, but this scroll turned me off a bit.
@@Netherlag1 The way the sides transition to the rear hump is quite a bit different. It results in me placing my fingers differently along the right side of the atlantis. This is the main difference, because how I place fingers on the right side of the Atlantis (near front of mouse) i helps me stabilize my shots. I dont know about the measurements but the Atlantis feels narrower at the point where I grip it. YMMV of course. The coating is better on Xm1r but I find the grippy texture on the atlantis to work well with my sweaty hands. Edit: The back hump, esp how the top slopes towards the back, feels narrower near the base with the atlantis. Xm1r has a bigger and rounder contact with palm. I have 17.5 x 10 hands
@@savage3921 I owned the wired MZ1 for quite some time before going the wireless. The scrollwheel on my copy of MZ1 wireless is also not centred and it is stiff to both, actuate and well, scroll lol. By far the worst scrollwheel among my daily drivers but that shape with the new back shell is just divine. I recently got their grip tape and it has further improved the mouse for me. I hope they release a "pro" version with fix shell, no weight balancing gimmick and especially no RGB or shell holes. Its a banger of a mouse but so much room for improvement. Also want the skates to be larger since it will compensate for how small the mouse is, with the slower glide.
@@felixklimm7225 x2 qc is terrible, latest news after their software temporarily not working for 2023 and their poor switch implementation is how they're using cheaper scroll encoders instead of the ones they said they'd use. Buy any other mouse than pulsar
It actually doesn't "skimp" on opticals. EGG has a patented latch debounce to prevent double clicks on a mechanical switch. Mech switches still feel better than optical ones and can provide the same latency, so if one have the tools to make them resistant to double clicks, they should stick with mech switches.
@@hausgaming thank you for your thorough explanation. This was really informative and helped me understand that well engineered mechanical switches can match or even surpass performance of optical switches.
Hi, I was wondering if you still mained the m42. I have been switching from m42 wired and viper mini for the past 2 year with sometimes switching to superlite for casual Gameing. I don't like the feel of clicks on m42 for onetaps. I have very good precision with it but if I miss first 3 one taps I loose the only tap rhythm of the taps. Do you think the wireless m42 clicks feel better since they are kail switches?
Wanted to ask if you would consider retesting the starlight 12 motion latency after the latest firmware update that removed the rest 1 mode after 750ms, dont know the testing method you used but i presume it was messured from standstill to motion registration. Thank you for the video and testing you done so far.
My motion latency tests are measured in the way that I always record some motion before initiating the test, so the mouse goes into motion almost instantly after the initial motion and stop. The 2ms motion delay is most likely because of the 1ms penalty that SW Motion Sync applies.
@@carlosalonso8160 What? SL-12 motion latency is around +2ms on top of ZA13-C because their motion sync solution is software based. Without it, the latency would likely be 1ms over ZA13C.
You misunderstood! Maybe I wasn't clear enough, it's a good thing for the 3370 (and CX solutions especially). With 3370 it would be software motion sync, meaning it would be post processing the polls and it adds latency. This is also a CompX solution so there is no telling how horrific the implementation would be.
@@hausgaming oohh very interesting! I def misunderstood... I was thinking "is there a reason I shouldn't like Motion Sync on my PMW3395 equipped HSK 4k Pro?!" Lol thanks for clarifying your videos are awesome 👍

Can someone explain to me, the graph showing motion latency relative results vs a control unit. Is the Zowie ZA13-C the fastest of all these mice in terms of sensors latency? movement input to OS?
@@hausgaming thanks Haus. If the Motion latency Is better on the za13-c because of its wired connection, how come I see a lot of reviews saying the zowie c series mice have really high click latency compared to top brand wireless mice?
It's not just the switch, but the button design as well. I'm a big fan of light clicks, I always complain about stiff ones, but I haven't had any issues in-game with the XM2we. Similar to GPX, but the actuation is more pronounced and snappy.
Is it just me, or does she have a delay? I got this feeling after playing on the avp. If I used to kill in the midlands on the g502, then this does not work.
Thanks bro, but honestly, I'm not really trying to get my vids out first. I always test these mice extensively, most of the time all reviewers receive the mice at the same time and in those situations I will never be the first. Just because I don't think a testing phase of 1-2 days is enough.
Haus, If you had both XM2we and Xtrfy M8 avaliable for around the same price, which one would you pick? Asking strictly based on performance, quality and overall feel. Used to main XM1R before moving to GPX which find too bulbous and wished for something shorter and with thinner grip width, so both shapes are okay for me.
I value surcafe feel on the mouse quite a lot, especially on products that I use long term. M8 has quite a slippery/cheapish feeling surface feel compared to the XM2we. It's a hard question because I prefer most things on the M8 (especially the shape) over the XM2we, but grippy & premium feeling coating might actually move me toward the XM2we, believe it or not. If clicks were softer on the M8, I'd pick it over the XM2we... Now, not really sure!
@@hausgaming Thanks alot, i do value coating alot too. If the surface is raw plastic then i pretty much won't use the mouse. From what you wrote and what you said in both reviews it seems M8 is a downgrade to GPX in terms of quality, while XM2WE is on par with it. Guess i'll go with XM2WE, or wait another few months for XM2W.

If you dislike the Superlight, I'd say trying this could be a good way to go. The XM2we shape isn't really that close to the FK1+, this or the upcoming VAXEE XE Wireless could be worth a try!
i told y'all its gonna be a banger but u guys didnt believe it
This looks like a banger for 80$. Should i upgrade from viper mini to the xm2we, my hand is 17.5x10 mainly claw grip
its finally came out SHOCKING
How is the steelseries prime click latency now? I heard they reduced the debounce along with the aerox mice.
It's fixed! I have a tweet about the numbers somewhere, I can't remember then anymore. Around 2ms iirc
@@hausgaming sheesh already bought one on amazon brand new for 55 usd, already loved my prime neo noir now trying to go wireless
i'm struggling to decide if i want this, the pulsar x2, or wait for the LA-1 Superlight 😕

@@kwanro9172 they also adverise all their mice to have 32bit arm mcu when in fact they all have cheap compx mcus
Is it posble to change the battery as you can do with the superlight and add for example a 1000mah?
How's the overall latency compared to the XM1R? If it's not better, then I think I wait for the XM2W
It's worse than XM1r in terms of motion and click latency. XM1r is one of the better performing wired mice on the market atm.
@@hausgaming thanks for the response man, I'll keep using my XM1R and see what the XM2W is like whenever you get that mouse!
@@hausgaming Which is better in click latency and sensor latency? Gpx or xm2we?
I appreciate your reviews Haus. Definitely in the top reviewers alongside Fresh Reviews and boardzy.
I appreciate that!
If the XM2w is the flagship offering, why does it skimp on the optical switches the budget model XM2we has?
It actually doesn't "skimp" on opticals. EGG has a patented latch debounce to prevent double clicks on a mechanical switch. Mech switches still feel better than optical ones and can provide the same latency, so if one have the tools to make them resistant to double clicks, they should stick with mech switches.
@@hausgaming thank you for your thorough explanation. This was really informative and helped me understand that well engineered mechanical switches can match or even surpass performance of optical switches.
Unrelated to the video but when are you planning to review the vaxee XE wireless?
Hi, I was wondering if you still mained the m42. I have been switching from m42 wired and viper mini for the past 2 year with sometimes switching to superlite for casual Gameing. I don't like the feel of clicks on m42 for onetaps. I have very good precision with it but if I miss first 3 one taps I loose the only tap rhythm of the taps. Do you think the wireless m42 clicks feel better since they are kail switches?
thanks for the review! Could you elaborate further on the differences between the dark frost (xm1r) and white (xm2we) coating?
Sadly I can't really recall, the difference is very small.
How does it (the Hump) feel compared to the Za12/13? I want that Za12 wireless, but nobody does copy its Shape..
What if I buy the 4k dongle for the antlantis? Should I still get the XM2we?
Is the xm2w(e) wider in the grip than the pulsar x2 medium?
Similar in width, the feel is quite different though!
love it however the side button placement is just crazy bad. many times instead of aiming and shooting I click side button. need to return
Can you review the ninjutso sora?
Yeah, it's coming next week!
Subbed! using a pulsar xlite v2 right now, do you think this will be good as a 2nd mice? my hands are 19x10
Did you try the new Lamzu Atlantis Mini already?
Nope!
which one is better lamzu atlantis or ninjutso sora or endgame xm2we (pls don't compare price)
XM2we
@@hausgaming xm2we or xm2w? is there too much difference
@@hausgaming and why
Wanted to ask if you would consider retesting the starlight 12 motion latency after the latest firmware update that removed the rest 1 mode after 750ms, dont know the testing method you used but i presume it was messured from standstill to motion registration. Thank you for the video and testing you done so far.
My motion latency tests are measured in the way that I always record some motion before initiating the test, so the mouse goes into motion almost instantly after the initial motion and stop. The 2ms motion delay is most likely because of the 1ms penalty that SW Motion Sync applies.
@@hausgaming so if that's the case, the starlight is likely more or less 1 ms as well correct?
@@carlosalonso8160 What? SL-12 motion latency is around +2ms on top of ZA13-C because their motion sync solution is software based. Without it, the latency would likely be 1ms over ZA13C.
Why is it a good thing to have no motion sync?
You misunderstood! Maybe I wasn't clear enough, it's a good thing for the 3370 (and CX solutions especially). With 3370 it would be software motion sync, meaning it would be post processing the polls and it adds latency. This is also a CompX solution so there is no telling how horrific the implementation would be.
@@hausgaming oohh very interesting! I def misunderstood... I was thinking "is there a reason I shouldn't like Motion Sync on my PMW3395 equipped HSK 4k Pro?!" Lol thanks for clarifying your videos are awesome 👍
Im hesitating between lamzu atlantis mini and xm2we with these particular criteria :
1. Click feeling
2. Build quality
Have you guys any recommandation?
I have a reg atlantis and xm2we came today. Clicks on 2we are lighter and obviously the endgame is better built.

you didnt say anything about the skates. Big or small skates? is there a difference?
How do you think this mouse stacks up against the ninjusto sora?
I thought I was the only one that didn't like the xm1r shape. I do have the atlantis mini on order though.
Welp my xm1r with faulty scroll finally gonna be switched. But xm2we or hts+/hts plus 4k?
They are all great, XM2we has by far the best value for money. I'm a big fan of the HTS+ 4K and the shape of it though. If price nor availability were of no concern, I'd prolly get the HTS+ 4K myself
@@hausgaming thanx for help haus
Which firmware are you using with XM1r? Is the newest one from their discord? Don't know how your scroll wheel is faulty but they fixed few issues with firmware.
@@lepari9986 im using newest one from website. I bought the mouse used so yeah
@Rakx the website one (sadly I know) isn't the newest. I don't think there's even software currently in the website.
do the Kailh GO Optical switches use the saem socket as the razer opticals and could you interchange them?
No, you can't change different brand opticals rn due to the difference in architecture.
A lot of data and i totally love it
So, in conclusion, which of the two should you choose? It's because I'm not good at English, but someone please tell me what the RUclipsr's conclusion is. sorry
XM2we!
@@hausgaming wow! Thank you so much for commenting.. brother. My thoughts were the same as yours. Thanks to your advice, I have made a firmer decision. thank you
is this still worth it 1 year later and how has it hold?
“Don’t buy the Lamzu” 😂 honestly the comparison makes you decide on either or especially since the similarity in shapes. Lamzu is currently my top main mouse. I would be willing to give this a shot but like you said maybe wait for the w version
I don't think you should buy the XM2we if you already have the Lamzu! You'd be wasting your money my brother! Something we enthusiasts never do 🤣
@@hausgaming I think the XM2we is so damn good on click performance compare to lamzu in the video but I don't like the click on viper mini which is optical so should I tried this mouse? Currently I'm using Lamzu and I don't need the premium coating because I'm using grip tape lol the only problem I got in lamzu is the balance on mousepad. Anyway sick review!

How is the battery life?
Can someone explain to me, the graph showing motion latency relative results vs a control unit. Is the Zowie ZA13-C the fastest of all these mice in terms of sensors latency? movement input to OS?
The ZA13C is wired and is faster than most wireless mice on motion latency lists, the DAV3 Pro (with 4000hz) is as fast as ZA13C
@@hausgaming thanks Haus. If the Motion latency Is better on the za13-c because of its wired connection, how come I see a lot of reviews saying the zowie c series mice have really high click latency compared to top brand wireless mice?
Have you tested the za yourself with ldat?
@@Shroomlight Motion & click latency are different things my man
How hard are the clicks? I have an NP01s and i find those clicks already a bit heavy feeling. These opticals harder than razer?
It's not just the switch, but the button design as well. I'm a big fan of light clicks, I always complain about stiff ones, but I haven't had any issues in-game with the XM2we. Similar to GPX, but the actuation is more pronounced and snappy.
@@hausgaming Aaaah, thanks! I asked because I like lighter clicks as well such as the OUTSET AX. I rewatched your video 4 times to make a decision >.>
how does the mosue shell feel when holding the mouse compared to the hefty zowie feel

Thanks bro, but honestly, I'm not really trying to get my vids out first. I always test these mice extensively, most of the time all reviewers receive the mice at the same time and in those situations I will never be the first. Just because I don't think a testing phase of 1-2 days is enough.

@@hausgaming any idea when u are gonna get it?
