Complete Streets Intro

As communities change, it's vital that we change with them. A new approach to road design - Complete Streets - will help us design a transportation system that provides safe alternatives for everyone, regardless of their age, ability or how they get around.

Complete streets is not adapting to changing transportation patterns. It is attempting to change transportation patterns. Its like governments that build charging stations in order to encorage electric cars.
