Wow. I guess it's time for me to respect the new lineup. An old fan (66 this year) from back in the day who saw them many. many times play in the London area. They might only have JJ out of the original four but this is pure class and truly, if I close my eyes, they have the sound and the attitude! spot on. Cheers Andy for uploading this and the other clips.
You'd love the Carcosonne event then.... I wanna go but I'm not a Quo fan 😅.... Dublin was awesome like all this tour... considering Carcasonne and Amsterdam 🖤🐀
I was at the gig, absolutely top form from the boys. I was in front of JJ who looked like he was really enjoying himself. First set was quality and played serenely. Second set and the roof came off after Duchess. The sound was off the charts as was the volume. Lots of banter between the chaps and with the crowd, JJ and Baz taking the p*** out of each other and JJs dad dancing to white stallion had us in the front cracking up. Make no mistakes, they sound utterly fantastic and punched out sing after song that took me back to that 14 year old whoI'm saw them first in 78. Many years later they still - despite some sad losses (rip Jet and Dave) and some line up changes - can sound like they do is testament to the bands longevity. Thanks for a truly memorable evening, let's hope it's not too long before you are back. 🐀🐀🎸🎸
Awesome Video and thanks....
Feckin awesome, thanks Andy 🖤🐀
