I wouldnt say this is sad músic, it is warm, calming, relaxing, going to deep places músic, thats why im such a big fan of post rock since years now, I cant imagine my life without this músic, it make me feel so many emotions, I love it now and forever its my only true love on this earth ❤️ thanks for sharing.
The painting is the death of Chatteron. A gifted poet genius grew up poor in 17th century Bristol, United Kingdom, died at 17 years 9 months, overdosed on arsenic. For me, looking at the painting and theres a kid with all the potential in the world but one that never got a mastery on life. Couldnt handle all his thoughts as genius as they where. I also see a kid that has to die though, in one way. The old him has to die in order for him to live, change his ways and change his mind. Death of old habits, bad decisions, ego and accept his humility.... the death of the charlatan!

While I sometimes enjoy the state of mind and creativity that sadness endows me with, today is not that day for me. Back to Pop/Punk for me right now. This will do well for night time.
