- A quick walk-through a beautiful property located in Atascadero neighborhood in San Miguel de Allende!
The property is composed of the main house with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and also a lovely detached Casita with 1 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms.
Great outdoor space living with beautiful plants and common areas for lounging, grilling, outdoor dinning or special gatherings with friends and family!
Cute and charming house. I recommend that the background music be omitted because it is distracting.
lower the volume and speed ,and pause what you want to see, just a suggestion.
I find the house to be quite charming and the grounds seem to have a lot of nooks and crannies a person can sneak off yo meditate or read a good book. The casita is much larger than others I have seen. I wish I could move in but I am old and have had several strokes. I think I should remain where I am.

Thanks for the viewing. Tough crowd, I realize you are a realtor and not a cinematographer. I wouldn't care what some people think, most don't seem to be doing it anyway.... at least before they type something to show they are miserable and then send it off without a second thought. The video is warped! My eyeballs can’t take it and the music….dude what’s up with the music man?!? But home is nice it’s difficult to see cuz of the filming!

La casa esta amueblada y decorada al gusto de los duenos actuales. La casa facilmente puede verse mejor al estilo de los nuevos duenos. Es realmente hermosa y tiene muchísimo potencial para lucir excelente. El mercado de San Miguel de Allende refleja esos precios. SMA es un lugar hermoso que vale la pena vivir tranquilamente.
