Also Koshi is the last name of both sisters koshitan is a nickname given by nokotan to match her own nickname. Koshian is using the first two letters oh her first name and adding it to her last. Is not that common as other methods but still a traditional way to give a nickname to your friends in Japan (though I don’t see it used often so is probably not that common)
While I don't think this ep was as good as the first one, it was still pretty entertaining (Deer god kicking her out of the heavens was the best part lol)
