    I struggle with pushing movements - I feel right pec very good but the left one I do not feel at all... does this make sense to subscribe for your program in this case?

      Yes absolutely, it's most likely a structural imbalance. And the UMS is incredible at fixing imbalances

    I turned 46 in January, and have been trying to lop for the program within my age group to get back into shape. I had also lost a lot of weight from being chronically ill the last 2 years. Thank you for this video. I now have a pretty good idea, where to start.

      Start small, focus on the habit of exercise. Never go past 70% Max effort. If you feel like you need to rest the next day you went too hard. You got this

    Thank you for the video ajd the answer brother.
    I think even if you are a profi you shoukd train higher frequency and liwer intensity and some time higher intensity but but offen I think prober technique and volume is better than jut intensity and high weight but like i said tine to time thats necessary.
    People forget that the central nervous system need to recover as well like the muscle.
