This game graphically was the best in the series for me 💯 it’s the little shit like the environments because destructive , when you’re DNBO and you leave that trail of blood. Game is fire as fuck I even remember before number ranks they had those weird army ranks and when you were a 4 bar which looks like a sergeant rank I believe you were considered a GOAT 😂💯 great memories with this one good looks for letting me use the nostalgia goggles with this vid avexys keep grinding !! I loved this game when I was little! I never finished it but god just reliving the nostalgia…I don’t think my brother is his old Xbox anymore so I probably won’t be able to play anytime soon :( but I can relive it by watching gameplay! Either way, an amazing game ❤️

Still play it to this day. Just beat insane again. One of the best games out there. I don't do multiplayer tho.
I was ranked under 1,000 in total kills in COD4, I used to play the Gears campaigns but I wished that I played more multiplayer back then. I really miss the mauler and boomer in the newer gears in Horde mode. GOW2 had a killer campaign, I liked the first 2 gears the best. I started playing multi too late in Gears 4. Starting multi in Gears 4 or 5 is brutal.

I loved Gears 2 and 3. 5 doesn't feel the same. There is so much that gets in the way (ping, vs pc players, general jank) that it feels like a chore. OG Gears online wasn't perfect, but it was special.

Only game that actually took skill cause you had to hit your shots (before tu6). Spitfire and vec Guido. Cherrio squad, eM, vvv game, I mod, NE synergy. Man gears 2 was popping

I tried Gears 1 and 2 online some months ago and could never find a match. 🤷♂️ but in all honesty, I hated Gears 2 online. The maps were pretty awesome, but I felt like the shotgun was weird as fuck. wish some of these maps were in G5

Gears 2 is the reason I even play video games tbh... I went over to a friend of a friend's house and he had a bunch of people there and they were all playing g2 (Lan party) turns out the dudes house was like number 5 in the world at gears 1 at the time. They let me give it a try and well.. yeah.. anyways, I couldn't afford a 360 at the time so I just bought a ps2 and killzone went from there to ps3 cod and eventually picked up a 360 for the gears 3 beta. Of course went back and played 1 and 2 a bit as well.

Gears 2 without a doubt in my mind had the best campaign in the series, and will forever hold a place in my heart.
But gow 5 has everything I wish the original trilogy had, from skins to expressions, and movement possibilities no one could have imagined. Would be great if they remade this game, the only thing I don’t like about gears 5 is there is no digger no ink grenades or hammer of dawn…
