This is very good advice to take on. But you know what, the radio interference is actually adding an element of nostalgia to it. I’m from Romania and in the old days my father used to listen to ‘Radio Free Europe’ (a forbidden radio station then) all the time, and it just catapults me back to that era. You may even remember it yourself ;-)

Really useful thanks. I had some stretches i did but my hand ‘health’ seems better after these. I guess i would add a thumb stretch too.

Thank you so much. How often do you stretch? Every day? And, how long does it take you to do it?

Hello Grisha, thank you for your very helpfull and inspiring videos; my highest respect to your playing abilities. Awesome! One question about the stretching-routine; is it necessary to do this allways direct before playing/practising to be effective, or is it more important to do it even daily?

You're right, after go’ogling around I didn't realize that Simmy Krotiel's Bigger Blueprint was updated and you can make it bigger even faster, yep, what Simmy suggested before was pretty good, but now it can grow up to 4 ins, I managed 3 ins myself and I feel like a monster lol

People do these stretches gently, don't pull hard or you might injure yourself. Just stretch the muscles gently past their potential.
