Amazing footage and brilliant review to go with it. I've just purchased my first Sirui anamorphic, that being the 75mm as demonstrated here. Currently shooting on a Sony A7iv with a Viltrox DC-550 Pro monitor. Do you know how to de-squeeze on either the camera or monitor? Thanks in advance and of course no problem if not. :) All the best!
Nice review. But a squeeze ratio that changes with focal distance is massive downside. The new GreatJoy 35 1.8x anamorphic has constant squeeze, but it also has almost no lens flare. There seem to be no great anamorphic options for reasonable prices.. yet.
Thanks for the video "overcome the infinity" is annoying, I agree. But it's so often on a lot of lenses, isnt it? And yes I agree it's better to have a shhhhharp lens and soften it when you need then having a soft lens and doing some nasty oversharpening. Good job, I hope you're doing fine in my country (I guess I'm in your country now)
Oh, this Russian accent 😄 thank you for the detailed review! Btw, their Saturn line has the same image quality, but ×2 times lighter and smaller! I am currently using a Saturn 35mm T2.9 and it's just an amazing lens! Also, gonna buy a 75mm vesion soon.
Hey No limits ON, thanks for the review. Hey I have to questions. If you had to choose 2 focal lengths of these Anamorphic lenses of Sirui to work with, what will be the best pair for fashion work? What if you had to choose one? Thank You
How do you like Sirui 75mm T2.9 1.6x anamorphic? Did you use anamorphic lenses before?

How do you dizquis in Final Cut Pro please help me with this???
You simply go to scale setting in the inspector window in the top right and adjust the Y axis to a desired value
Fantastic results and amazing image quality ☺
Thanks mate) I appreciate it!
Great shots!
Thanks mate) stay tuned)
I just picked one up used for my BMCC6K will see how good this is on a 3:2 ;)

Thanks mate)) you’re right, the main thing here is “yet”, there will be for sure! We just have to wait a bit
Your wrong. The squeeze is in fact different at different focal lengths on the great joy
@@jerry4706 The older great joy had variable squeeze, the newer one is constant.
@@Trevellian when you say new which one do you mean. It also isn't full frame?
how do you know to de-squeeze it to 1.6 vs 1.55 vs 1.52? Just eyeballing it, or is there more to it?
Yeah, just eyeballing does the job
Thanks for the video

Yeah, it’s a usual thing, but it’s still very annoying… thanks mate! I live in Russia and I’m here right now))

Thanks) if I had to choose two - Sirui 35mm and 75mm. If only one - 50mm. I said it it my review of Sirui 35mm by the way))
@@NOlimitsON What a coincidence I just placed order on these 2 lens, since it's my most used focal length!
Девочки на видео тоже женятся, те что обнимаются?
