Did you know that Mid East people have the highest sugar consumption worldwide? But the have lowest diabetic level.. because the are fasting everyday.
We eat it even with a diabicet my father do it and he love it very much

@@rihabsallal9088 as I learned fasting is when you don’t eat frequently and you have a gap between two meals like 14-16 hours daily… in America people are eating and snacking all the time. While Mideast people have one or two meals only per day . Of course there is an exemption but generally speaking Mideast people eat less frequently and between two meals the break time qualify for called fasting ..
