She was the star player and ace of the Korean NT and her clubs from the moment she played professional volleyball at the age of 17, and she still continues to play like that at the age of 31. Scoring a record-breaking 207 points in the London Olympics, setting a Grand Prix record of 42 points against Russia in 2014...these are just a few examples of her presence in the Korean team. For all these years, she has overworked nonstop, but she still continues to devote herself to the team in every game, regardless of the fact that Korea can't get even near the medal podium. It is a shame and a great sadness for all volleyball fans alike that a player of her level cannot get a major tournament level medal, but nevertheless, don't give up Kim! Aim for Tokyo and don't give up!

Consider the player in her level, they don't have to play in every game due to the strong support from their teammates, by KYK has to play in every set and always got the highest scores in her team. It's completely exhausting. But that's what made her a true LEGEND
honestly speaking, i think they couldve had better chance in the 2020 olympics if the twins were in the team. their setter was not as good as dayeong, regardless they still got 4th place with their spirits and teamwork👍🏼

She and her twin sister were serious CRIMINALS since they were *ELEMENTARY SCHOOL* , they have been quite terrible and brutal school gangsters, such as threatening other students with weapons(knife), extorting money, stealing, verbal abuse, giving pressure and forcing, swearing at team member's parents in front of them, demanding harsh behavior, and framed her teammate as a thief and made her assaulted by the coach. But their mother was a former national volleyball player and influential person to the Korea Volleyball Association, they could be safe until their atrocities were revealed.
Can't agree. She was still in her prime until 2016. She was MVP (and Best Spiker/Best Scorer) of the Turkish League in 2015, Best Scorer of the Champions League in 2016, and scored similar points&similar attack-success rate as 2012 London in 2016 Rio (Because S.Korea couldn't get to the semi-finals and finished 5th, Kim couldn't get her name on the statistics leader board)

I think her level lowered a bit when she entered her 30’s, but she still makes me doubt that because she won the 2019 fivb world club championship’s best outside hitter, and ranked #3 for best scorer. And also, she sometimes becomes the mvp of regular matches, if only Ezcasibasi vitra’s coach didn’t make her the second libero. Also, despite having a great attack rate, she gave 71% receive rate, which is as good as a libero. Definitely, her attacks isn’t as powerful as Egonu, Boskovic or Zhu, but there’s no denying that for her age, she’s still extremely good and effective. Her smart plays and mentality is something that makes her distinct and superior from all the other players. ❤️
