Kiwi Rail DSG Locomotive going light loco through Bay Road Railway Crossing in Invercargill City from the Invercargill Railway Station to the Lovneville railway yards in Southland New Zealand.

You can see why car traffic gets frustrated with crossings staying closed for so long. Should send this to KR, the Bay Rd LX control may need adjustment.
