Rock is mad at Cody, because they made an agreement that he (Cody), was supposed to step aside to let Rock fight his cousin Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40, but that didn't happen because Cody went back on his promise when the crowd turned against The Rock, because they thought he was ruining Cody's moment with Roman, despite the fact that Cody said he wasn't wrestling Roman at WrestleMania, because he was supposed to let The Rock do that.
