It definitely lacks power up hill fully loaded. The 3.5 lt v6 model would be much better then my 2.4 Lt 4 cylinder engine up hill

Sounds like a quiet car? Is it quiet even on bumpy roads and on acceleration? I have an e51. Very very noisy inside. The e51 has a lot of road noise...
It's fairly good by modern standards for a van. There is alot of sound deadening in the e52. I haven't been in an e51 for a drive so I don't have that to compare with.
I can tell you it's alot quieter than a VW van of the same era
Hey im looking to get a pe52 myself and im in Victoria aswell (south east) how much would the insurance roughly be? ( i know pe52 is different and location is a big factor but a ball park figure would be nice)
Im in the western suburbs of Melbourne, using the car every day. It's with Shannon's insurance. $1500 a year, full comp, agreed value is $24000
