this song is so deep
Yeonjun was in a toxic household, you can see his parents arguing in the background and you can see him lose it and get away by taking the car keys.
When he gets outside all of his friends are there with him, They start driving to get away, and he has a green bracelet on his arm which is for Mental Health Awareness.
Yeonjun sufferes from what I think is a hallucination illness, from all the physical and mental emotions built up in him from his toxic household.
We constantly see the other members looking up in the sky and seeing Fish, We see yeonjun staring at his fish tank which symbolizes the rest of the members.
In the end we see him wake up and nobody was with him and the car is perfectly fine.
From what i’ve observed it seems that because of his mental illness yeonjun hallucinated the whole thing being with his friends. and in the end it was just him.
All alone as the lyrics said.
the lyrics “In this world of zero I know you’re my 1 & only In this endless darkness like oh my god, so holy”
it seems that he’s saying his friends were his saving grace and made him feel loved and heard
“My life before you was a mess Couldn’t win one round of this chess” was him saying that the rest of the members were the only people that could make him feel like he wasn’t alone and had someone with him
This song has so much more
meaning, but this is just what I got from it! Please continue supporting TXT and all the incredible things they do. This whole video hit me hard, it was so much like my life. Thank you for the reaction. I hope this helped explain the video to you

Not their usual style but their best song so far in my opinion
TXT have grown! Really liked this a lot, excited to hear the album. Btw Diddy, S. Korea is still a very conservative country, just the side eye from my mom brings shivers down my spine.
Shout out to the hint of the losers club from the cast on the arm in the music video. The "S" is changed to a "V" in Stephen King's it to show the kids are not losers or alone.
Their new MV for "Magic" might be good - and nice for the US market - but this has undeniably more depth.

They're pretty clearly made for two different demographics. From what I've seen it's pretty much 50/50 between the people who love the styles of Lovesong, Dear Sputnik & the ones who's faves are Magic, No Rules, etc.
Magic is a fun summer song. It ain't that deep

But recently I m loving Thiers music direction ,i can see from last comeback Thiers vocals improvement and artistic growth...This song is on my playlist since it give that good. There is a lot of work in this album, the members have work in lyrics with other people in the company. I'm so happy that they have creative freedom, I would like the people give the recognition this boys deserves, is a long way to go and I hope they bring more of this beautiful music and news genre's

Please do some background research before you give a shout out to someone like Melanie Fontana. She has been known in the past to take credit for things she didn’t do like writing Winter Bear even though Tae wrote it by using a translator app. She has been terrible to fans and she shouldn’t still be working with Bighit Music.

@@adityaiyer3172 EXO is great, and their vocals are great, but it's surely not a "fact" to say that they have the best vocals. There are a lot of great vocalists in other k-pop groups as well, like NCT, ONF, SHINee, BTS, THE BOYZ, BTOB (known in particular for their vocals), etc. In other words, you ARE stating your taste, and nothing else.
