I got goosebumps when this scene happened. I hope the show will be renewed and Fred Savage gets his job back.
Emotional gut punch is the perfect way to describe it, as a fan of both shows I almost started crying when they showed that picture, I did not see it coming

I literally gasped so loudly when I saw the picture. It was an amazing moment. Such a great surprise. I hope there's an Easter egg in the next season.

I was completely blindsided by it. Never saw it coming, and it hit like a ton of bricks! It was absolutely devastating, and absolutely perfect!

When he said Brian. I knew it was Winnie’s Brother. I remember that. It was another memorable scene, the dance scene when Keisha dance with the 8th grader, and Winnie dance with the guy, the same song played on both. When a man loves a woman.

This connection was so perfect. If you think about the first episode when talks about the suburbs and how there are people and with stories and moments that bond us together. This scene picked it's timing perfectly with it's connections

This is a show that has horrible pr and advertising.

They did a whole 18 episodes just to connect parallel universe is which blew my mind. Honestly I thought they were showing the show from an African-American point of view in the time zone but when they made this connection it was crazy and the show is great. I’m still watching it.

I love the original series and it totally hit me, didn't expect it, I got goosebumps when I heard the name of it!! even had tears in my eyes, really great!!I like the new series too!!
That was incredibly both understated and shocking at the same time. My late brother who watched the original faithfully with me would have loved it. I immediately thought of him and wished I could have called him. He probably would have had the same reaction and called me first. That was for me, a TV history scene. Very emotional.

It was a fantastic Easter egg😊
I liked it but the only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the timing was wrong and how it kind of didn’t actually work with the current time the new show is in since the sister said it’s 1969 but Brian died in the fall of 1968 and Bruce didn’t go back to vietnam and get injured until the early part of 1969 which is the only thing that was off to me but besides that they did a good job of tying in both the shows in a way that wasn’t completely obvious until the moment came for the reveal.

Not a reboot, as it doesn't have original characters. This is called a "reimagining".
Then should of called it another, so over ruining the original titles 🙄

You see, if AZ decertifies their results the ENTIRE election is now in question. Congress cannot certify election until ALL states have certified. Just like a state cannot certify unless 100% of their counties certify, the same is true of a national election with the states
themselves.
As Trump hasn't conceded, he now has a right to contest the entire election and that will mean the remaining 49 states will have to conduct a full forensic audit as a result.
Why do you think so many states are visiting AZ for the audit right now, including states that supposedly already went Trump and didn't have contested election issues? They know what is coming.

I hated this remark simply because the actors shouldn't have been black. NOT black, not Hispanic, not Chinese, not Arab but "WHITE". I lived my wonder years in my beloved hispanic country in the 90s watching this series that marked my childhood. Knowing that they were going to make a remark made me happy but I was disappointed when I found out that the actors were black, because the original series is white, even if they are offended but it is the truth. We saw that series in many countries, changing the race they are going to change everything but not for the better. Sorry but the original is always the best and if they was going to make a remark they should have done it with white people like the original. There are also good series that have been with black people, why they don't leave everything as it is, don't ruin it. White... White. Black...Black, Hispanic...Hispanic, etc.

Would'nt had mind a series sequel that took place a couple decades after the original show. Could the had one of Kevin kids bringing home a black man or woman. Kevin did'nt really interact act with black people much. Think I can count how many times on one hand he did. There was the football coach and that teacher but that's all i can remember.
