Before Gray could even ask, she knew why Debbie’s warning was warranted. While the warehouse seemed a little bit on the small side, the more they walked, the bigger it seemed to be, as if it grew a little bit when they were approaching a large gate. But that was not their biggest problem… The place started to look more and more… organic. The pipes that adorned the place’s walls, as well as the fire extinguishers looked like they were made out of meat, exhaling a coppery smell.
“Wait, what the… Don’t tell me we’re going to the kitchen!”
“Nah, Gray… Dis’ ain’ no kitchen… even tho I get dem raw materialsh fo’ dem dumplingsh ‘ere…”
Gray brought her hand to her mouth.
