Interesting. I've seen tons of your videos and have not gotten bored yet. I like learning about these places so I won't be such a stupid tourist whenever I go. It is really why I started watching. I tried a few other people's videos but didn't enjoy them like yours. You have a great sense of humor.
I don't know How I missed this video... It's interesting how this town became such a tourist area! 40 years ago it was not such a magnet for visitors. Almost some features of Disney with the different rides over and what used to be a rather boring process of making something became such a celebration :) Lovely!
This video is one of my absolute favorites of yours. It was calm, informative, easy to watch and as usual, you do a fantastic job of filming! Thank you William for sharing Mexico with all of us!🤗🌈🍀
Went to Tequila on one of my motorcycle from Texas adventures. Did a factory tour but not as good as the one you got. Love the authentic nature of your videos as always.
I’m not cheap by any means but I like that you give prices to see for general comparisons, I actually think it is human nature to know these things , probably part of the survival instinct. I don’t know why many RUclips’ers gloss over these features.
Another fine video William & Maria. I am a lover of tequila, and was once a tequila snob. Enjoyed the tour of the tequila distillery. We're catching up on your videos, and will now watch your next Tequila video. Keep them coming William. Salud amigo!
Excelente video Guillermo 👌 Tequila is such a quaint town, good vistas and you captured the flavour and traditions of Jalisco, state. Glad to see you and Maria having a taste of Tequila. Safe travels.🙏😊
William and Maria, thanks for yet another new place. Been to Guadalajara but never Tequila. My kind of town to spend a few days. Your drone shots help really give an idea of a place plus your walking around we can see the town. So when he get to Oaxaca you will learn about Mescal, like tequila but made with different varieties of agave. Waiting for this waterfalls! Hasta la proxima.
You mean 3 pesos per dollar not 3,000. I’m 33 and i still remember when it was 2.80 pesos per 1 dollar. Those were like the golden years, salaries very similar between the 2 countries.
@@frenchnavy1 it was 3000 to the dollar Jorge but in 1993 the Mexican government changed it to 3 Nuevo peso to 1 dollar, in 1978 in Acapulco I got 300,000 pesos for a hundred bill, it was crazy
I travel to Orlando Florida for the end of Secundaria school trip in 1993 and was 3 pesos per dolar, those days was very cheap to travel to Usa from México.
You are about a dozen years off. In 1978 the exchange rate was just under 23 mxn to 1 usd. In 1988 - 1992 it was between 2300 - 3100 mxn to 1 usd. Easy enough to google
I like to see videos like these to see how tequila is produced from field to bottle. I get to appreciate all the hard labor and all the time it takes to make tequila and I tend not to rush when I’m drinking tequila but rather take slow sips to taste this amazing drink 🍹🇲🇽✌️👍😄
Great tour you provided! Saw more on your tour than when we were there a few months back! Make sure you put San Miguel de Allende on your list. You’ll love it here. Great channel and thanks for sharing!
@@williamtaudien totally. Good to see you’re venturing inland. The typical “tourista” places are great but to truly experience Mexico and her real charm you need to get off the reservation and come inland. First time you eat carnitas in Hidalgo on the side of the road as an example, the next level of consciousness reveals itself. I have to go, my dog is screaming as it’s time to go for a ride in the Willys to the presa… the simplicity of that is the magic of this place.
Enjoyed watching your video, the tequila tour looked very interesting and looks like you guys had a good time. Looking forward to more of your adventures. ☺️☺️
Hello! William! This tequila video is very educational! We had no idea that there was a town of Tequila! We have never seen so much of the tequila plants. Yes, its is a educational video. Nice job! Nice information! Watching from Los Angeles, CA Steve Miller.
What a great town, very colorful! Today is National Tequila Day here 7/24 think I will have some. I am behind watching this video finally traveling in Reno and Las Vegas this week. I was hoping you would jump on the bed and it would break maybe?
@@williamtaudienhaha thanks William. I'm from the UK, living in Monterrey. If you ever find yourself in this part of Mexico be sure to give me a shout.
@William AKA: Tequila Paparazzi....I so wish you had done some POOL TRIX into the Tequila Vats!!!.....you had your chance! ;( Very interesting video! Thank you, Paparazzi.
You just keeping knocking your videos out of the ballpark! Fantastic travelog and your "almuerzo" at 10:06 looked incredibly appetizing. My 91-year old mother has asked me to send her each and every one of your videos. I am under strict orders to share with her. I loved the dog "content" at 13:13 too. I've never tried a Paloma, but when I do, I will drink to you and Maria! Salud!
Loved your "Alcolic Sweed" comment lol! I'm finally getting back into watching your videos and enjoying them more than ever. They are so much fun to watch and also also to learn about all the different parts of Mexico. They always bring smiles to my face and sometimes even big laughs out loud. FYI I'm going to do some shopping and buy a couple pool trick shirts. Thanks and please continue to be safe and enjoy your journey my friend
@@williamtaudien You are welcome friend. FYI finally bought a couple items and hopefully I will be rocking my Pool Tricks long sleeve tee and drinking out of my coffee cup soon. I am definitely a fan and love your videos. Your drone shots are amazing and are absolutely some of the best out there. You should be very proud. Take care and safe travels!
Sorry ..."alcoholic Sven" I meant lol. I just showed my 8-yr old granddaughter the first video where "Sven" came to visit you and she loved it. She is fan of yours now too!
Great video! Your recommendation of Maps Me has worked great so far while in MX. I too suffer from Maria’s problem; I never travel to MX without those little pills. Before getting your faces painted, Maria reminded me of Frida Khalo, so pretty with those flowers on her hair. The face painting was excellent; curious what the cost was?
Thank you once again for your wonderful video. You and Maria are a ray of light, enjoy watching your travels . Keep on trucking. In England we cannot travel to Mexico as its in the red zone due to Covid. Miss Cancun been once wanted to return but seems unlikely now. Love your videos so much. Take care.
We love heading to tequila . We stay in the town square at Hotel Solas de las Animas. So beautiful! Then we go to Balneario la Toma with our kids . On the way out stop for Pajaretes ( goats milk with chocolate and tequila if u want it)

I love Tequila (the drink) so I’d love to do a tour here one day. And you’re so right, the prices are so much cheaper in the mainland vs the coasts.

1080p is good enough for youtube I think. The 4k files take up so much space and it's also hard to edit on my computer. My computer is too slow for it
Fun and interesting video!
