Hot take: The Einiosaurus and. Regaliceratops were the first two I got, and I love them. The beautiful autumnal colors on the Regali and the sheer oddity of the Einio with the rocky pattern. Mwah. I love them
I just love einios patterns, even if it arrives duller than the photo in the shop. It’s one of my favorite figures of the entire company and it’s beautiful. I don’t know how spinodude survived this lol

hahaha- the Torosaurus makes use of many accent colors and patterns- black patterning, white striping, orange, tan, white markings on the face, tan brushing on the underbelly- cream colored claws. Literally every inch of the Triceratops repaint is green, and it makes me uncomfortable hehehe.
I would personally put Trike at the top of my Tier List, I just adore the white striping behind its eyes
I hope they make a second ceratopsian series, there are so many more ceratopsians that deserve figures.
There were more species in the kickstarter but sadly not all their goals got passed.

@@jacobcox4565 From images of the sculpting plans, there was Achelousaurus, Vagaceratops, Spinops, Coahuilaceratops, Bravoceratops, Machairoceratops, Eotriceratops, Titanoceratops (which is basically Pentaceratops), Udanoceratops, Montanoceratops, Cerasinops, Anchiceratops, Yehuecauhceratops, Magnirostris (Bagaceratops). Prenoceratops, Arrhinoceratops, Coronosaurus, Rubeosaurus (Stellasaurus), Mercuriceratops, Judiceratops, Agujaceratops, Mojoceratops (Chasmosaurus), Turanoceratops, Leptoceratops and Graciliceratops as well as the other two Pachyrhinosaurus species. It's also a possibility that these species could appear in the Cyberzoic series being developed as that series will have a multitude of other species instead of sticking with a specific family or group.
@@the_death_phantom533 There's definitely enough here to have a Ceratopsian Line 2, it'd be awesome to eventually have sequels to all the BotM lines.
@@jacobcox4565 In my opinion, I don't think we should get 2nd lines of the BotM as it wouldn't be anything new as it would just be repeating a line, I would rather we get a new line of other groups. But like I said Cyberzoic will be adding a multitude of species that some of these could make it into that series, since they'll have both a Cyberzoic and BotM versions.
I only have 2 of the BOTM figures, the Zuniceratops (not the green one) and the nausutoceratops. I love that he can open his mouth so wide. All figures are amazing, but not to great in my bank account 😅
You shredded one of my favourites- regaliceratops! As a owner of this epic dinosaur, the head is much more well proportioned than you stated. However, I understand your points.
I don’t like how the Nasutoceratops is basically ALL yellow except for the green on the back. I would love a blue stripe on the belly like the Diabloceratops.

I remember getting my 2 Zuniceratops and 1 Chasmosaurus back in 2020…it’s been a long ride with these figures. Also thanks for reminding me how much I don’t like the Wendi lol
As a huge admire for BOTM action figures, I loved Pentaceratops, Sinoceratops, Centrosaurus, Xenoceratops very much. I want to get the Old Buck if I applied to my job carefully. My least favorites are Adult Trike because of the price.

Top three: Styracosaurus (original), Medusaceratops (Fan's Choice), Diabloceratops
Bottom three: I don't know really. Albertaceratops, Avaceratops, and Nasutoceratops I guess? I just find most of the others colorations in the series more appealing then on these ones.
Definitely have to agree about how eye catching that blue Torosaurus is. I got a glimpse of the finished product in person in late 2021. Someday I'll get one perhaps.
Top 3: Fan's choice Medusa, Original Recipe Styracosaurus, and the Adult Triceratops
Bottom 3: 1/6 scale figures (only because of their size), glue in the dark Zuni, and the adult Centrosaurus.
My issue with the Centrosaurus has to due with the horizontal striping going from the neck to the head, which didn't line up at all in a neutral position. My original was so bad I reached out to David to see if he could let me know what paints I could use to fix it myself, but he was kind enough to offer an exchange for another Centro, however the same problem still persist (though not as bad). Obviously all the pieces are painted and then assembled, it was just disappointing for $90 figure.
Nice video! I think the only few I disagree with are Wendy and Penta, I would have swapped them. Wendy was a sleeper hit for me, while I would have preferred less solid lines on the Penta. So many great figures, I wish I could afford them all!

i'm not the biggest fan of BotM Ceratopsian palettes since the lizard inspiration doesn't transfer well to this family imo: the bodies having generally the same colours as the frills make the head redundant as a display feature. The rules that apply to the lizard's whole body having a similar colour palette probably didn't apply to ceratopsian bodies since ceratopsian heads are the core differentiator between species, whereas lizard bauplans vary more across the board. Of course, we don't know what colours they really were but having the frills take the same flashy colours as the rest of the body seems to make the least sense.

My top 3 have to be the Fan's Choice Styracosaurus, Fan's Choice Pachyrhinosaurus, and the Diabloceratops.
I quite adore my Old Buck, the only downside for me is how stiff he is. But judging by the fact that my Doom Slayer action figure is also very stiff it might just be that live in a basement that is always cold. I really want to do a little "photo shoot" with him (Old Buck).

Fun Fact: The creator of the Dinosauria series actually used the Beasts of the Mesozoic for reference and even choreographed( planned out) the fight scene of the old buck with these figures.

Fun to see your tier list even if I really cant stand all the oversaturated and garish colors of the majority of the Ceritopsian series (especially the blue Torosaurus). I absolutely adore the Old Buck Styracosaurus, WWD Torosaurus, and the WWE Pachyrhinosaurus.
I might get juvelule Triceratops, but only because if I got the big one, I would never financially recover.

It’s unpopular because spinosaurus is too fragmentary and controversial, while BOTM works on making the most accurate things. Would suck if a game changing study is done on the spino right after it gets a figure:/

That nasutoceratops is bad because it has too many Color’s. You’ve got the yellow which is fine but then you have light green on too. That’s fine again but then you throw in dark green, white AND orange and it’s just…it just doesn’t work
