    10C Linlin is still really good at 12K power but only gets her effect if you run Katakuri leader
    Fiery doll notably is +4K for the whole turn so even better on double attack leader!
    Love the videos good luck at your pre release tournaments!!

      fiery doll will be scary good if the lead is Kid.

    Nami is very viable while yes you start with 40 cards but you draw 5 and have 5 life so that’s only 30 cards then if you get multiple zeff and Kaya,bell mere game could be over pretty quickly

    What should i choose, to go first or 2nd? One more attack, or One more card? Does it depend on the leader? Please do some explanation of this :)

    • @miriosama2785
      @miriosama2785 Год назад

      2nd because u get to place the bigger character and you will have a better trade than ur opponent with one more card and a bigger character
      it is far more easy to control

    I managed to win 2 pre-release events with kid by just maxing out on blockers, 2kcounters, decent events and vanillas at 5c or under. I think any card over 5c without a powerful effect is just too slow as kid will just double swing you every turn.

  • @wolfc1372

    My pulls were pretty bad this pre release 2k counter were low and I think I only pulled 4 5 costs everyone ran zoro btw

    Always a great guide for OP. I know it would be very rare but the wanted cards would be viable right? I would think rush Luffy, 8 cost kids would still be very good.

    • @cardkaizoku

      This video is for a sealed format, so we don't have access to those cards!

      @@cardkaizoku I thought the Wanted cards can be pulled from OP3. The reprints of OP1 in their wanted sign posters

      @@AlKameido I think you’re correct! Starter Luffy and Kaido would be pretty sweet.

    Question for the event. If I have multiple friends can we exchange cards before the event to make better decks? I guess I'm mostly curious if it's just frowned upon or outright not allowed.

    • @cardkaizoku
      @cardkaizoku  Год назад +4

      That shouldn't be allowed. It would be unfair to people with no friends like me.

    • @Catman291
      @Catman291 Год назад

      @@cardkaizoku that's fair and what I thought. We have over 30 registered for locals and all favor different playstyles is mostly why I was curious. Thank you for the reply

    Do you prefer going first or second in pre-release formats?

    • @cardkaizoku
      @cardkaizoku  Год назад +1

      I like going 1st personally, but I see some people make good arguments for going 2nd.

  • @Chupavac1

    Isn't choo pretty good? Hits a lot of cards and with Zoro just needs 1 don investment to be an attacker

    • @cardkaizoku
      @cardkaizoku  Год назад +1

      That's true. Maybe I could consider him in A-tier

    While I think giant gavel is good, it only being able to target your leader is very relevant in its efficacy.
