The greatest compliment of all that could be paid to the MZ TS250 was that in the 80s they where the bike of choice for a lot of British courier riders!!
I currently have a TS150. No comparison with BMWs. You're not going to load up your MZ with luggage for two including a tent and ride across the USA running at 60-80mph in supreme comfort on an MZ. I've owned 4 BMWs, all easy mileage eaters, all without fairings, super smooth and reliable. Yes, the MZ is fun, light, reliable, and easy to maintain.
@@NeihS88 wenn dir die Antwort hilft :Meine Maschine hat mein Vater neu gekauft (72) simmerringe ,kette (mir mal gerissen),kettenkasten, Tacho ( bis heute 3 neue) . Aber Motor und Getriebe immer noch die gleichen. Mein alter Herr ist bis mitte 87 täglich mit ihr gefahren, danach bis 90 gelegentlich--- seit 2010 fahre ich sie und keine Getriebe Probleme, und ich fahre sie nur im Sommer. Also ich bin mit ihr zufrieden 🙂und mein Enkel (16) hat schon angefragt ob er sie mal später bekommen kann.

This was one of the biggest loss, the closing of the MZ factory, I would take MZ ETZ any time before I take BMW

MZ was better quality and reliability motorcycles than Piaggio, Norton and BMW at the time. A great loss to German motorcycle sector!

Hatte eine 300er, war schon ein feines Teil.
Zum Glück hab ich mich wieder Grundhaft mit den Dingern eingedeckt. Bj 58 bis 83
