Loved this episode! My advice to the sisters is to remember that God sees you as his beloved child, so go to him with all that you have, be it questions, complaints, random stories and all! And pray about everything, pray to him to increase your faith, to help you understand and reconcile with the parts of him that you do not understand and sometimes hate, to change you in areas where you are sinful (obvious sins or heart issues like jealousy, lust, discontent, fear, and the like). Lastly take some time to soak in his presence, it is beautiful and most fulfilling!
Hi Courtney! I really appreciated your advice on this topic. One thing I've done in my process of deconstructing/rebuilding my relationship with God as a believer is learning about the History of the Bible and understanding how and why it is the main source of wisdom about God in the Christian faith. Some may call this a dangerous route to take because it's almost like you're questioning the Bible, but I've found that it's strengthened my faith and understanding of God and how important it is to know Him for yourself. Just some food for thought. Anyways, I love your videos! They are truly God-sent! 😊

Enjoyed this! I think what helps is not making it a 'thing'to talk to God. Of course times must be carved out when you monotask on that, but what helps me is just talking whenever too- esp while I drive to work lol

There’s an app called enduring word that breaks down scripture into more understandable chunks the commentary is really great ans makes it easier to comprehend what God is saying through his word 🤍 hope this helps cause it’s been a huge help to me
Really love this video! I was wondering if anyone has had an experience of hearing the still voice of God. Not from reading the word, but in terms of hearing him while doing everyday things. Some say they hear him audibly, others say it's a voice in their spirit, but I am yet to experience this. I've been struggling with hearing from God for a while now and I do love going to my Bible for our communication, but I would love to be able to hear him clearly in my day to day as well. I still see the world as more physical and would love to know how to tap into the spirit realm where the Holy Spirit resides. What's your experience on this and do you have any advice for this season i'm in? Thank you!🤍
