I'd been taking 50 mcg (2,000 IU) of D3 three times per day. I also take 50 mg of zinc once per day. The last time I bought my zinc supplement (same brand as before) I noted that it now has 50 mcg (2,000 IU) of D3 added to each daily dose. I cut back on my D3 by the same amount, now taking it twice daily.

Do you think that the more exercise you do the more v d you should benefit from? I did not know about the connections with cortisol - thanks for info. But since i have been taking it I have not got so aggravated and over reacted to the daily stresses. How long have you been taking it and how much. Do you take Taurine?

I’ve been taking it for years. And there is no added benefit once you’ve fixed the vitamin D deficiency.
Exercise will most likely increase the need for vitamin D.
      And I don’t take Taurine.
