I think that was an impressive ride in those conditions with both floods and ice. Well done! I try to avoid riding when it's icy - I've come off twice on ice (just as it starts to melt which, I think, may be more dangerous than when it is freezing), and I don't bounce as well as I used to!

I think I would have waited until next week when it will be a little warmer to do this. I’ve not ridden my bike outdoors for 10 days now due to the weather.
