Most people use a controller on MWII, which can make using burst weapons difficult. That's why I think that the M16 and the Shroud aren't used much. I love them both on MnK
That buffed M16 for some reason made me think of BO3's M16 in terms of damage now. At least in my opinion.

I got spam reported a few times, and now my VC is broken while using this. I'm still using it but I can't hear anyone now.
My build is for ranked, so it's just basic stuff, no tuning at all. It doesn't suffer from reduced recoil control or range at all, and I love it. My boi is back.
It kills me because the burst fire weapons are usually really good (if you can hit every bullet in the burst). But most people suck, so they skip over it. Nice to see one of my favorite guns getting some love.
m16 always been good to me, buff just made it better only reason I used it before was for the m4 barrel but I liked it so I kept using it
