Might've missed you mention it but re: filming/content management games - you guys would love Not For Broadcast. You're basically a live Uk local news/talkshow producer, making sure the right cameras are being used, swears are beeped, presenters have the info they need, ads are timed correctly, etc whilst the world slowly starts falling down down around you
Alright Jesse you win! Jeremys pinecone didn't get enough air time. The way Danny explained the puzzles in Thank Goodness You're Here made me think of Monkey Island so I'm probably gonna try it out! Also loving the love for Matt Berry and Peter Serofinowicz
Great episode. The fact that gameinformer got erased in such a callous way is doing away with the sympathy the "parent company" raked in due to the meme stock resistance. Frustrating to see another print mag go under, the loss of the team, the article archive online. I hope that finding a good home for the physical media collection goes well.
Love the episode as always. I just don't understand Danny getting... annoyed? by Frank wanting to play Stellar Blade in Japanese. As someone who grew up with anime and watch Japanese movies frequently, I understand him wanting that option. And more options is always better, so why not?
I completely get why Frank wanted Japanese. Especially if he is learning the language. The more exposure to the language and reinforcement of known words the better.

Thank Goodness You're Here, seems very much like a Point and slap Adventure Game based in a Benny Hill-esque Yorkshire England.
Pretty good description
Time for the coolest nerds in gaming. RIP game informer. Still have a bunch next to the toilet. 😅
My medicine for friday is here.

Finally, I'm so back!
woooo friday night dinner and pod time ❤
Always drops at breakfast time for me. Friday morning commute is the best
So sad ill never get another banger of a cover from Gameinformer in the mail.
You forgot to mention 'thank goodness your here' is also on Nintendo Switch
Closer the Distance reminds me of Where the Heart Leads. Another choice-based game with a forgettable title that I absolutely adored.

I believe it's pronounced "I am not a Nullsec-S wizard"
Thank Goodness You're Here is meh. It's humor is amusing, but the gameplay is beyond boring.
