Just for good measure, here's a few explanations I've received from him when I asked questions: Sharpshooter had no weakness because he wanted him to be the hardest part of the stage unmatched. The weapons may be underpowered but it's because Flameman and Neptune are his favourite characters in the games, this level was actually inspired by the airships in tenguman's stage. And he was going to add pipes which deposited the liquid inside the first ship but they looked out of place so he removed them. Thanks for the tips, we'll keep them in mind in future builds!
