I have bought exactly this model and I dont know how to use it efficiently from distance it just walks around in the same area and settings inside app looks complicated
I just placed an order for one. 😃 Did it eventually learn/memorize the correct path back to its base after a few vacuuming sessions? Or did it always had trouble findings its way around the chair's feet?
I think that Xiaomi doesn't remember anything. Our old Samsung Navibot has much memory and cleaning result was better. Sometimes it find a way and sometimes not.
@@VeliMattiRautio Thank you! I finally received mine and it does its job fine and I think it's a great entry for those looking for a cheap robo vac. As for the floor plan, it seems that it only temporarily remembers the locations of the objects in bumps into during the vacuuming session because I notice it do another pass in the same area later on with less bumping and pausing in place until it eventually finishes the vacuuming session and returns to the dock. But in the next cleaning session, it has to start bumping into things again to learn the floor layout again. Which is totally fine by me because the technology it uses isn't as advanced as expensive ones.
Cool and useful !!! 🙂😊😀
It is hard working, but not smart at all😅

ai when it's best :P
Real genius ;)
Put the docking station at a better location. What are you trying to prove. It's you who made a wrong decision.
Just testing it. Sometimes it can't find only 5 cm way to the dock!
You need some traffic signs to guide it home. 😄
Maybe this is the problem 😅
ha I remember one of these in Breaking Bad ;)
Very clever AI :)
hope you did not disgaurd your old robot ...
Martta (Navibot) is still in our house. I will check it one more time.
