Loved the video, always been a fan of your tutorials. A quick q, as VAPI as having so many updates, how do you approach the past clients to inform the about the updates and changes to be made in the automations due to those updates?
It mainly depends on the changes, but generally we don’t inform them as long as it’s a crucial update. Many of our clients let us manage the voice agents so they don’t have to touch it.

We have modules in our course for that. :) I don't say whitelabeling doesn't work, but you need to make sure you have the right value proposition and pricing so you don't get left out. We usually do not recommend usage based billing if the client has below 25,000 minutes worth of calls per month.

Welcome! :) Yup, fiverr is also a good start, but be aware that leads are going to be tougher to close at a proper rate once you start increasing your knowledge. Especially in the beginning, you cannot simply accept projects, so you rely on you providing the specifics as accurately and niche as possible to attract your exact target audience and especially people that don't make your life harder.
I’d always to a transfer from within the telephony system they’re using. We generally explain to our clients that it’s best to keep it separate as you can t really use a number for both the agent and the assistant at the same time within Twilio.

Hey Rahul, where's the doubt about that? Especially when you do your first live runs with your Voice build, you will get a lot of edge cases that fail. You can do as much synthetic testing with tools like Hamming, but iin the end, the live data always differs, which causes additional work. It's important to understand that target groups and interactions of humans with people switch all the time (given seasons, mood, etc), which also has an impact on the way the AI handles. Hope that clarifies whatever doubt you have, or otherwise you're most welcome to share more details.

Yes we do. Even though I’d like to answer this question with a simple sentence, you know most likely just as well that Europe likes to bury itself in bureaucracy and (often unnecessary) regulations. Each provider approaches these privacy regulations in their own way, and since an orchestration layer often involves multiple services of different providers, this construct varies a lot. Retell, for example, provides you a decent explanation here: docs.retellai.com/general/compliance In the end, like with all laws and regulations, there are discrepancies that you have to use for your advantage if you want to stay ahead on innovation. These are just my five cents though, but they hopefully give you some guidance.
Hey, it depends if you want to build something fully custom or with Open Source tools. I'd probably suggest looking into something like Livekit (OpenAI uses that as well for their Realtime API implementation within the Playground)
@@jannismoore When I mentionned CPaas I basically meant alternatives to twilio, services that provides EU phone numbers, cheap rates and SIP Trunking. Is this something LiveKit also offers ? I doubt it

Hey Usman, yes, we have built out quite a few Voice AI booking agents in the healthcare sectore. It's totally possible to integrate them, but I do suggest to bill a lot more for the initial build as due to the protected APIs, you need to submit a lot of documentation on how you use those APIs. This goes from the CRM testing environment to the live environment, and if you haven't done that process before, I suggest to plan at least two month for the initial setup until you get the hang on what's relevant. I can do a video about that if required, but it's going to be more niche and something that probably won't be super helpful for the majority of my viewers. Might be something that fits well into our program.

We get quite a few requests like that. I do recommend to ber VERY precise if it comes to building something like this, as your biggest concern is going to be their POS system, especially in combination with their customizations.

Yeah for anything with HIPAA compliance, things get more complex. Dealing with their patient systems can be a very tedious task. We've done multiple projects with things like Telehealth or Athena, and the process of getting validated can take you a few weeks up to months. It usually depends on how well you're equipped with technical knowledge, and how resilient you are against poor documentation :)

You can use the same tech stack (Vapi, 11labs, Deepgram, etc).
We mainly use 11labs voices as they're pretty decent, even in German.
