It mainly depends on the changes, but generally we don’t inform them as long as it’s a crucial update. Many of our clients let us manage the voice agents so they don’t have to touch it.
Yes we do. Even though I’d like to answer this question with a simple sentence, you know most likely just as well that Europe likes to bury itself in bureaucracy and (often unnecessary) regulations. Each provider approaches these privacy regulations in their own way, and since an orchestration layer often involves multiple services of different providers, this construct varies a lot. Retell, for example, provides you a decent explanation here: docs.retellai.com/general/compliance In the end, like with all laws and regulations, there are discrepancies that you have to use for your advantage if you want to stay ahead on innovation. These are just my five cents though, but they hopefully give you some guidance.
