I think you were suppose to have one stack of Emeralds because it asked you if you were two player or more because you had them in 8 in one slot so if you put them in the same slot it would probably work because there were 8 Emeralds and 8 portals and 8 times 8 equals 64 and you can have 64 Emeralds in one slot. (BIG FAN)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think it work like that it said there are 8 emeralds in one level that means Nathan can only get 5 or more and the other person can get 3 it didn't said if there's two players the emerald will be doubled so it means it's just the same

What I believe went wrong with unlocking the different levels though is that the map looks for a single emerald stack in your inventory, so you might have goofed up by splitting them in stacks of 8.
