Glad we can finally share with you guys our camping series at Nairn Falls! 🙌 We squeezed a small hike to the Nairn Falls trail along with this camping vlog. Let us know which is your favourite part!😊
The hike is a lot more chill than I expected it to be! Trails look very well laid out too. It's been SO long since i've camped, definitely will have to wait till the summer. The fact that you were able to get down to the water, Bonus!!
Absolutely! There are little pocket trails where you can take down to the water so you can enjoy a bit of a secluded space😊 Make sure you still wear proper hiking shoes though as it does get slippery sometimes🙂 Enjoy!
awesome place..bbq with wood fire makes food taste better..but if u still luv using propane, there is a flame king 5lb or 11lb propane tank at canadian tire, very handy and go for cheap propane refill at costco, paid only 5$ for the refill of the 5lb tank..compared to that green bottles. definitely recommend those 5lb tanks.
Amazing video Nat and Max.👏 Beautiful hike and the Nairn Falls are so beautiful.🤩 Also love the chemistry between the both of you. I think if you guys lived closer we could be great friends! 😄
If I remember correctly it was early May. We had no problems with mosquitos tbh. I guess mostly because we had lots of repellant🙂 Make sure to bring some!
Ooooo pretty falls! The boardwalk around the lake is really cool too. Added to my want to go list. 😊 Have you guys checked out Garibaldi Lake? I haven't been there yet but it looks incredibly gorgeous.
@@NatandMax Just read the recent comments on alltrails... it looks like it is a 6ish hour hike up there for most people! And it's very cold so better to go in the summer when there is less snow. It looks like it'd be pretty challenging to get camping gear up there (for me anyway!), but a hike is definitely on the bucket list 😄
Yea its definitely one of those backpacking hikes on our bucket list . Would also be nice to join a group of hikers that have done it before than just us alone for the first time😅 A little too paranoid with bears 🐻 🥲
@@NatandMax Haha I was thinking the same thing about bears (and cougars!) In WA I always have bear spray on me, but I think it's illegal in Canada. It's definitely a good idea to go with experienced hikers! I prefer groups when hiking or kayaking, although when I go with super hikers I feel bad for slowing them down with all my snack breaks 😅

Oh noo! Hope they were pretty far when you saw them. We can’t imagine what we would do if we see a bear while hiking😅

Let us know if you find a group 😅 Also bear sprays are legal in Canada 🐻
Hi Nat and Max. Do you need to hike to the camp site?
Hiii!👋 Nope. The campsite is close to the parking lot. The hike to the falls is optional🙂
