Nice I just traded for three of these bike they are all in need of some sort of rebuild lol. I think there should be enough part to build two at least. The 86 is the nicest plastics are like new and still shiney cuz the rod is sticking out if the cases. The 85 runs but looks ok plastics are faded and the 84 is the one missing mose of the oem plastic. And seat foam is almost non existent but got a brand new seat cover and foam with the 86 along with dg pipe and silencer. A Works rear shock and two sets of fork springs from white brothers. So I think I'll take the motor from the 84 and rebuild it and put in in the 86 and put all the best parts in that bike and all the 2nd best stuff on the 85.
Hello Bandit! I just picked up a 1986 IT 200 (I had a 175 as a kid). Can we connect to learn about your jetting? I'm at 6000' elevation and I ride at 6500-12,000. Thanks!!
Hey man! Unfortunately I am not able to help you with your jetting. The previous owner set it and I never had to touch it! I ride at lower elevation than you anyway.
Excellent!!! Love seeing the IT200 back on the trails.

Nice! I had this very same bike in '86 as a brand new left over model. I really liked it.
They were the last and best, I had the S model too and wish I still did, I’d ride it as a dual sport.
