Do you think spectators in other parts of the world just keep quiet and just clap when there is a good play.This is not Cricket bruh it's upto the players to ignore all this and remain calm, if they can't do that,then they are not good enough to play in this stage . I agree with you completely... Those complaining about the spectators shouting are the ones who don't watch real football and how normal the fans shouts, boos and insults opponent team.. There are way worse kind of shouting and insults in European Football and some are even not worth mentioning 😝🤣
People commenting that the spectators are rude doesn't exactly know about football. Yes, the words may sound offensive and rude but this is also a part of football. For instance when you watch club football matches of Europe or any country, do you know the atmosphere in the stadium, especially in the stands? So what makes us less different than them?
European fans doing it does not make it less invidious for us to do so. It is equally condemnable and this shouldn't be a part of the game. I'm a football buff myself, and by your comment I hope you are as well. As we've seen even during the EUROs and the recent Marseille-Nice incident, clashes can get pretty violent so we should not tolerate it in the first place even at the grassroots. Yes, sure it becomes inevitable for the players to get caught up in the heat of the moment and play pretty aggressively and I personally love South American football for the same but it's a totally different thing when the fans alike gets involved and starts chanting racial slurs, abusing the players and even throwing objects in the field(not in Nagaland though XD) and all those despicable acts. Players today wear the "respect" badge on their arms in their jerseys as a statement against racism, violence, etc. And there's no denying that fan chants even in our stadiums can get pretty "offensive" against players from other states as well as our own. SO, It's not about EXACTLY KNOWING FOOTBALL, it's about keeping the beautiful game beautiful.
