Sadly, Flore has left the band. Some are saying it is no big deal, since the band was originally solely instrumental, without any singer. But having seen them multiple times, Flore was the "heart" of the band. (Those who have seen recent concerts will understand this reference.) Charles and each of the musicians are equally and incredibly skillful, but the sound is them, WITH her. Sure, they were solely instrumental at the beginning, and she did not join until 2015. But, the explosion of success, the vibe that lit-up stages all over the world, and the magic that was The Empress, was the combination. No avoiding that. I am very, very sad that she felt such pressure and angst. Someone as talented and dynamic as this woman deserved so much better from her partners. THANK YOU, Flore. You will be terribly missed by fans worldwide. À bientôt!

L'Imperatrice Rocks! Ils sont simplement incroyable. You guys are awesome! The incredible energy that you generate with your spectacular music and vocals, plus good dance moves.
True story: Coachella 2022- I went with 2 friends and we had a conflict to either see l'imperatrice or Holly Humberstone. Now, don't get me wrong, I wanted to see what Holly could do as she's talented, but about 10 minutes into her set, my buddy and I feeling pretty down and we look at the next tent over where our third friend had decided to go see l'imperatrice instead... and the place was going nuts. People were dancing and smiling and we could see that the vibe was grooving, so we ran over there and the band was all smiles- it was infectious and some of the most fun I've ever had at a festival. Can't wait to see them again in April!

talent is something that is given by birth and requires no work. i hardy think all these musicians didn't put in any work in learning instruments and music theory.
I had the opportunity to see them 2 years ago. They sound better live. I have spent many years of my life going to concerts and they got the best sound that could remember.

I like the mix of disco, pop and electro( which I hate by the way). You have done this so tastefully I had to keep listening. I'm in British Columbia Canada.
