Dynamics, precision, musicianship, all put together in a visceral package. I love the bass drum and tom combinations in time, it’s what runs through my head as I think about drumming on a personal level. The 2 vs3 polyrhythms that lead into multiples of 2 vs 9. Mountain top stuff. Thank you for the video!

I didn't really knew him before Korn, but wow, he is amazing! 🤘🏻 I've taken some chops from him and when I'm playing a cover from Korn, I try to do it he's style.
I'm more into the prog metal thing like Porcupine Tree, Dream Theater (for saying some) and always dreamed on listening Korn's older songs with a different touch, he's actually doing it great. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
So I understand why he's a big influence on your playing and somehow on mine too.

@@victormuriel7266 good man to have as an influence bro! He's such a clean and tastful drummer! I just saw them a couple years ago and he is a monster in person! Nice guy too. He threw a stick that was intended for a girl about 10 years old after their show. Some douche stole it over her shoulder, so he walks back to his kit, grabs 2, signs them and personally hands them to her and I could tell he apologized! That's a good dude right there!
