Sterling can certainly be cringe, but they are just ignorant on some of the stuff here. A "3-2 cookie" refers to a fastball thrown over the plate due to the pitcher not taking a chance on walking the batter. I do agree with them that sports announcers have tried to make themselves the stars of the game. The Sabres announcer is a god though
I love hearing Sterling say "IT is high, it is far, it is GONE!!" Michael Kay basically stold his HR call from Sterling.....and nothing better then hearing "Yankees Win, THEEEEEE YANKEES WIN!" ....everyone just get mad that the Yankees so far ahead in the championship department
