Up to the refrain he uses G, Em C repeatdly. Just before chorus, he finishes the verse struming D once. In the chorus he uses G, Em, Bm, C. In the interlude he uses G, Am, G, D, Am, G, D, Am, G, D. That is pretty much it.
Hey buddy. This form is just another type of G open chord. When playing kinds of morden rock, many people often grap just like that. Sometimes mute 5th string as well. Cheers!!
One more thing, you need to put the fingers on 6, 5, 2 and 1 strings. just different from standard type you've knew already. And you can find easily that James also plays that style in the video.
I like the 4 finger G. What I'm referring to is the chord transition C to G. You should change all fingers at once instead of using 3 & 4 as starting point for forming the chord and pot 1 & 2 last. That's a general advice.
Show!

What is the chord after the G?
Ricky Gamer Oh nevermind i know it now :) Its an e minor
The way you play the G cord really annoys me (first the 3-4 fingers, than the 1-2). It might take you years to unlearn this bad habbit.
