Girl I have the same exact 3 backpacks as you in my collection lol . I have the Palm Springs mini new zipper version , Palm Springs PM in reverse , old zipper version and my vintage Montsouris GM backpack . I love all 3 and I will never let any of them go . I too love the straps on the Palm Springs Pm , they have conformed to my shoulders and with items in my bag they never feel too puffy to me at all , super comfy too ! At the end of the day I look at it this way , I don’t really “Need” any of the bags that I have , but my backpacks are some of my favorites along with my bum bag , that has easily become a favorite of mine in the last 2 years ,I have used it religiously !
