Hey Flossie, firstly, love you and your videos! Seconly, the passing out in the airport u mentioned, i’ve experienced completely the same, with all the same symptons at an airport. I Think it has something to do with an “underlaying” anxiety for flying or the too-many-people-thing. Anyways, glad to know that I am not the only one who experiences that passingout-feeling❤️

In regards to nearly passing out you probably have anemia, try taking iron supplements xx
Check first though! If you have too much iron, it could be very dangerous
Or low blood pressure or blood sugar. Might be just a once off thing specific to that one situation

I completely understand the feeling of passing out in situation. The other week I was stressing so much that I actually passed out for the first time and now I feel like it everyday from stress and i have to sit down and look at the ground to make me feel better. Just try to not think about it and I should go away. I get really bad stress and anxiety so it probably is something to do with that even if it doesn’t feel like it 💖

The fainting feeling you’re referencing I’ve had twice this month, once on a bus and once on a train.. it’s so weird 🤣😩 no idea what causes it, but both times I was in crowds in the heat (I live in Lisbon) so similar sort of thing 🤷🏻♀️

Just thought I’d share my thoughts:
I suffer with anxiety and it always gets triggered when I’m in busy places. I always end up feeling really hot, sweaty, light headed and I always end up having to get to the side or to a wall so I can lean against it and take in my surroundings. I know you said you don’t get anxious in busy places but I didn’t either until the end of last year and it stopped me from going out with my friends and I had to miss weeks of school as I felt physically ill and sick. I just thought I’d share as what you were talking about sounded similar so thought this might help xoxo

I had (and have but not that much) the same thing some years ago (first year of junior high school) and I almost lost my grade but I ended up not. It's very difficult and you don't deserve to be alone in this whole situation. I suggest you to go to a psychologist, as I did. It's the best thing you can do, it will help you a lot. Stay strong ❤️
