Wow! I needed this - I have been dealing with illness and have been very depressed, and feeling sorry for myself because I can't get moving for some reason. It's hard not to identify with illness when you feel it everyday. But you are right, it's NOT who we are but what we are going through. I just realized that I to suffer at night from the tingling just dismissed it as my thyroid condition since some tingling has been linked to this disease. I also come from a long line of strong woman from the old country who my grandmother on my mom's side often told me that she had a special gift of reading people & sensing when things where wrong or going to happen & bad energy in certain situations & people. She said that her mother had this she had it my aunt has it my mom did for a short period of time & now I have had this since childhood & my second born my daughter has this. She is scared & sometimes it causes her anxiety I am working on teaching her to embrace this gift as I can also see so much through my dreams. as I mentioned before I never thought the tingling was part of this often keeping me up or awaking me around 2 am 3 am 500 am. Oh my! I seem to be "resonating" with much of your message today. Especially where you say that we need to let go of those things we hold onto that we allow to define us. I habe pretty awful arthritis in my toes along with massive bone spurs on my toes and my heels. Let's just say walking isn't easy if the ground isn't level or smooth. When i forget to think about my arthritis, i seem to go further, even on a sandy beach. I know someone who identies as a thyroid cancer survivor and has some issues from the removal of her thyroid. She lives in the knowledge that she is without a thyroid and it is excuse or reason for NOT doing things for her. I will take this message to heart. It's too important!
I am Gemini sun Virgo moon Gemini mercury and Sagittarius northnode. My whole life has always been focused on truth and communication. Sometimes, it's exhausting, especially when dealing with low conscious people who never seem to learn. And God keeps putting those kinds of people in my path. I've remembered some of my past lives, and in every role I've played, it was the same battle every life of my light fighting the darkness. I'm tired. I have been an empath every life, always a human lie detector, and have been an INFJ each time. I was tested this life the first time at age 10 that's how I learned what an INFJ was. Out of all the kids tested there was only one other child who was an INFJ. The two of us were placed into a talented and gifted class. I retook the personality test a few years ago at age 48 and had the same results except this test showed I was an INFJ-A. Now assertive. I have been told by 2 different individuals years apart who did not know each other that I had a pure white aura. It was frightening to both as they both expressed the same thing as both said they were also confused because neither had ever seen someone with a white aura. Both said they had the gift since birth. The first was around 20 and the other in his late 60s. I cringed each time as I am someone who never wanted to be singled out. I am no better than anyone else. This is a challenging difficult world to experience. All I have ever asked of God is to be happy and my loved ones safe. I try my best to be a good person and never stray from my morals. I'm a little lost right now as I know who I am supposed to be but I don't feel like that person from the past that people are waiting for. I'm much different than who I was in past lives. I feel like some door is supposed to be opening pointing me in the right direction but that hasn't happened yet. So all I can do right now is sit patiently and wait for certain things to occur first. But my Gemini part of me is getting bored lol. I've had certain knowledge for 6 years now but my guides keep telling me, wait, wait and wait.

The thing that fixed the horrific meditation problems I had was pore breathing: focus as tightly as you can on one spot on your skin while you sit there breathing with your eyes closed - enough of that and I ended up clairsentient, bc the focus on that (back of the hand or top of the thighs are easy spots to feel it) allows you to tune in to the feeling of prana circulating.
Energetic fire: closest I could call it is pins and needles w/o discomfort.
Will give this a try cos my mind wanders alot when I try😂 Anymore info would be much appreciated
@@jacquelinengowi738 this is way easier, just when you notice you drifted bring it back to the place you were focusing on. Then as you're able to hold your focus there for a little while expand the area, like if you're focusing on the back of your hand expand it to the skin of your whole arm, then when you got that, focus on the flesh of that whole side of the body. Soon you'll be able to feel energy across and through all of you.

My problem with meditation is none of the things you mentioned, it is that I cannot visualize. And there is about a quarter of the population that cannot visualize and meditation is such a huge part of that visualization aspect that I’ve done some guided ones, but there’s no pictures in my head. So I just think I always fail at it.
Capricorn Sun, Scorpio Moon and Libra Rising:- If Pisces is truly my TF rather than just the catalyst for my re-awakening who refuses to move forward (which MJ did a couple of readings on about 8 weeks ago) then she will eventually align to this journey - if not then it was never meant to be my TF and someone else will come along in time. Yes I am a healer but in reality I still have so much to learn and thats what I need to put my energy into. The universe will make our purpose known but it's up to us to listen to those whispered directions.
