- Online it tells you that the triple bagger will not fit the ZT1 series zero turns...oh how they are wrong. It absolutely fits with no problems at all, nothing even close to not working. The only difference on the mowers is a slightly flatter hitch on the ZT2 series. I had no issues hooking up the triple bagger on my 54" ZT1 using just a few basic sockets and box wrenches. I am super happy with the product so far and will be posting a review video in a few days. Stay tuned to see how well it works. Don't forget to Like and Subscribe for more Cub Cadets.
Thanks for watching!
Thank you for this. Bought mine recently and came likely pre owned and returned, missing any kind of manual and a few pieces of the mounting hardware as well. Your video helped me get it up and running fairly easily, cheers mate
Glad it helped!
Since you have one, I have a question: The opening for where I store my mower is 60 inches. I don't think I can get in and out with the bagger. Is it easy to get on and off?
@dwaynemorris3339 the chute is a little tricky to get on and off but nothing crazy. I can put it on in maybe 2 minutes, off in 30 seconds. It's really not bad. I will say it's easier to put the top part of the tubing into the collection bin first and then bend it to lock the bottom on, rather than starting at the bottom and trying to feed the tube in up top
Great video thanks for sharing! Having the music in the background was very annoying
Thanks for watching and for the opinion, I'll keep that in mind for future videos!
VERY.
Yup that’s what I wanted too know lol thank you and godbless
would you be able to tell me an estimated width of the mower and bagger together? I would like to make sure it fits through my gate before purchasing it.
The music ruined it
Sorry you didn't enjoy it.

Yes the side shoot comes off very easily, I haven’t removed the back but I do know the shoot comes off with no problen
@@TheBarrierBrigade Thanks for the reply! I currently leave the bags on the mower and remove chute as needed, but I can get in and out with it on. With the 54”, it looks like I’ll have to take it off each time. Glad to hear it’s not too complicated.
Whats the part number on it? No way do i want the dual bagger lol
i can't wait to see some videos on the chevy k20
I’m ready to post some!! A very basic valve cover gasket change will probably be the first video next Sunday! After that we will hopefully be moving the truck into the garage and building it up!
Does the bagger come off fairly easy? Looking to purchase one just for the leaves in the fall
I honestly don’t know, I haven’t tried to take it off yet. I had the same initial thought about just using it for leaves in the fall and found myself using it all the time
Soooo does it work?
It sure does! Works great!
How’s the hydrogear handling the bagger system
Everything on there feels about the same. I haven’t had any issues with it yet.
@@TheBarrierBrigade I just start a two bagger system I have the ZT1 50 I was going to purchase the three bagger system, but the guy at the local lawnmower store told me it will burn the Hydro gears out so I just went with the two bagger system
@@HdzpViz I’m assuming that’s due to the extra weight when all 3 are full?
@@TheBarrierBrigade probably
@@HdzpViz I could see that possible if you were on hills or beating the zero turn changing directions with it fully loaded.
I just installed a triple bagger on my Z2 a couple days ago. The steel pin the connects the lid to the bagger keeps sliding out to the left, causing the lid to fall off. Has that happened to you?
I haven’t had that issue yet, although I will say when I put it in the first time I realized I missed a step (those instructions aren’t the clearest) I pulled it back out and had to do it again. There should be a little piece of plastic on the lid on each end that acts like a stop so it can’t come out.
@@TheBarrierBrigade My rod is about 1" too short [as usual] so it doesn't touch the plastic on both ends at the same time. As the unit bounces and flexes, the pin works itself out. However, I bought a die and threaded each end of the rod and put locknuts on each end. Had to cut away some plastic from the lid, but it works like it is supposed to now.
@@tomyoung4087 that works! I haven’t had that issue with mine. Mine does have play left to right but it has not slipped out yet. I probably have about 3 hours with the bagger on it.
How much would you say the weight compensation bar weighs?
Ooooo I honestly don’t remember off the top of my head but I would guess about 45 pounds
@@TheBarrierBrigade oh wow i expected alot more honestly. Thanks for replying, i want to add the weight bar just for extra reassurance on my hills but they dont sell it seperatly from the bagger kit so im going to make my own brackets and find some steel plates to bolt accross.
@@yamahaman6 it might weigh a lot more, I just tried finding it online and couldn’t find anything for just the weight plates but I found that the total package weighs 135. So it might weigh a little more but I honestly have no idea
It doesn't fit ztx5 60" deck 😢
That’s a bummer, I’m guessing from experience?
54 not a 60. thanks anyway
Nice music
