Would it be a good place to live forever? Are there doctors, veterinarians, a hospital and physical therapy there? Could you have your groceries brought to you, i.e. with a delivery service? Do people there also speak English or a little German? Thank you very much.

Yes, there is everything here. As for the supermarkets, some of them offer home delivery service, and as for languages, in tourist areas they usually speak some English, German not so much.
