Like the Fiat Abarth content and how you been sticking to hatchbacks. I would keep focusing on hatchbacks so you have a niche. Keep doing something new to challenge yourself like the Corsa and make interesting content that we learn from as well as you.
Another idea would be a side project. if you could get your hands on a Copart Porsche maybe a 2000 Boxster work your way up as a trade up project to your dream super car.
Side-note: If you mess up like with the plastic welder, make sure you include that funny content as you did.

My son and I are looking at buying an Austin Rover mini, fiat uno, basically anything from the nineteen nineties to refurbish and rebuild. Any small car which isn’t so reliant on electrics. Would be good to watch.

You need something well built and designed in the first place where you can easily get parts and is reliable so less chance of customer warranty claims. Not a "boy racer" vehicle. Car UK and Chops Garage will show you what sells quickly and easily. Maybe even a small van. It depends on whether you want to do bodywork or mechanical repairs while electronic issues can be a real pain to fix. Something Japanese or Korean - Hyundai i20?
