READ ME FOR INFO ON VOCALS AND INSTRUMENTS:
My official snowblind remake, the vocals are made using the official instrumental and kn0ck0ut along with some enhancements to make it fit in.... the old vocals you hear in the video however are side to mid cancelation and center extraction, not nearly as good as the new version. All instruments and drums are made using fl studios included vst's except for the piano which is a standard kontakt 5 factory library grandpiano (Also some FabFilter stuff but it isn't nececairy to have them). i will make the project available in zip format at 20 likes. And au5 if you're seeing this. Thank you so much for making this awesome music.

what do you mean "only" ? harmor and sytrus is one of the best synths out there once you figure how to use it properly
Serum is to Massive as Bluray is to VHS. It does everything and then some, But I believe that Massive was indeed an awesome pioneer and the best part of its generation. In deed without Massive we would likely not have the likes of Serum. Both Important & monumental, but only one is superior. Props to UniForce!

I updated the vocal because i didnt feel they were isolated enough, the version in the description now has no instruments audible... ever, its a little thin for what i'd like it to be but its soooo much better than the old version, soon i'll give a tutorial on how i isolated the vocals from a track like snowblind where au5 didnt want us to isolate the vocals ;)

UniForce The reverb makes it so much better! Au5 in his original version had no reverb on the build growl
+FIA7CO Reverb makes everything better, but yeah au5 has some reverb on his growl but its hardly audable
wow you actually did the dubstep part I was expecting it to end 10/10 may even be a couple of parts I prefer in this to the real song especially early in the second drop.

I agree but i had no choice since the diy acapella i made wasnt good enough to have no bleed, to prevent the original song leaking through too much i had to put them quiet :( but atleast i now know im not alone on this
This is good, you've put a lot of work into this. I myself searched the ends of internet, and painstakingly created my own 9min + mix. I'm still new to FL Studio20, so this type of project would take me a while... but good job on the sequence.

How long did it take you to remix?
About 3 weeks and a little bit, 96 houres total (according to the project file)

thanx, but i had to make sure enough people could run the project so i didnt use too much vocodex, and i am not as familier with it as i'd like to be so thats why i didnt use it much on it
There's a technique ro make wet basses with vocodex but its cool :3

Im sorry to say this but i dont like speaking french, but anyway in the drop as ive said in the beginning of the video is harmor and sytrus, mainly harmor, post processing is the most important for harmor sounds though

Yo, do you perhaps know where I can get those vocals? It's 2018 and I'm finally trying to remix it. I know Au5 took some precautions with phase reversing, but is there a way for me to obtain them otherwise?
Krankify Music, Art and Gaming in the flp is an isolated vocal of snowblind, at the moment i haven't seen any other attempts or a studio acapella so you'll have to do with my isolation. I hope it's clean enough

Hey, I have a question: How do you make FL Studio follow the time marker thing (how the view is locked onto the time marker). Good job tho, pretty close!
enable precious time marker, then hold shift and 0 (zero key above the alphabetical keys) and keep them pressed

no, its a sytrus, an octaved saw with a vibrato on it with a speed of 70 times per second, download the proiect and you'll see what i mean, and yes i agree it sounds like the hard lead preset but its not

Ezra D'Cunha usualy only a parametric eq 2 and a maximus. I try to use minimal plugins as possible. This way the audio you start to focus in mixing more

When i open it it says i'm missing some plugins named: S, M, P, V and some other letter. Do these stand for some plug ins or is my FL tripping balls?

+RelentlessBassMedia m is not for massive, only vst's used for this remake are fabfilter pro q and saturn, the rest is all fl studios vst's
+RelentlessBassMedia also try loading the project with another audio driver, and ofcourse restart pc, sometimes when i have voicemeeter asio sytrus goes missing, so it might be your selected audio driver in fl

Does it used stock plugin only?
Yes. Although i left Fabfilter in the project, it doesn't add anything to the sound so don't worry about those plugins. The Piano is Kontakt but i rendered that to a wave file

Mixing is a little meh, but it is still pretty decent. The snare in the drop is hella weak. Other than that amazing job, actually.
yeah thats what you get with self made snares (no samples used, snare is 100% synthesis in sytrus, ofcourse processed and rendered to .wav)
