I was just telling my friend the other day. When you are in a place doing what you love you gravitate to others who are into the same thing. I’m running and training to be healthy and do life better. That’s how I came across your content. 🤙🏾😁☀️
Boil water. Put eggs in gently with tongs. Make sure water covers them by at least half inch. Set timer for 15 minutes. Crack egg around the side with back of spoon. Use spoon tip to peel the shell around the side. Done- perfect hard boiled eggs. You'll spend way more buying cooked stuff at Whole Foods when you could just do it yourself! Great channel dude. I lived in Oahu when my Dad was stationed there. Love Hawaii so much. Now I'm in Pittsburgh lol it's good here too though.

Spent about 8 days total in hawaii, went to Maui and Oahu for a retreat. Such a beautiful and healing place I had eczema when I went there and it was healed by the time I left. Also don't use sunscreen! Just use coconut oil before and aloe after and cover up with linen if you know you'll be in the sun awhile. Much love
G, you literally just put your eggs (from the carton) in a pot of water, little salt will always increase boiling times, let them boil, put the water down the drain, put the eggs in the fridge to cool them down for like half an hour or burn your hands peeling them right when they get out, and boom you got boiled eggs. Way more cost effective.
this way makes them easier to peel: 1. boil pot of water on stove 2. add eggs to water once boiling (use a spoon to rest them into the water gently so they dont break) 3. set a timer for 12 minutes for set yolks 4. transfer eggs from boiling water to a bowl of ice water 5. peel them and eat them with some salt
