Seasonal Visions International (NEW for) 2024 Lighted Talking Neon Reaper (CLEARANCE)

This is going to be my last Target item. This time around it was $3. The skull on this one is the exact same sculpt as the reaper doorbell. Though I’m not sure why that one had a moving mouth, while this one doesn’t. I thought SVI was supposed to be producing the less cheaply made items for Target. Made by Seasonal Visions International, new for 2024.
